Tim was professional and courteous from start to finish. We could have not asked for a better contractor. We already had drawings when we hired Tim, however he was able to identify changes and met with the architect and made our home much more functional. He was also vigilant about cost and was able to significantly reduce the cost of 3 big ticket items including our custom cut wood floors, masonry, and windows. He passed the cost savings to us. We were almost compulsive in our concerns about details, and Tim remained engaged and accessible throughout. The house is built with pride and it shows in the attention to the details, fit and finish. We take great pride in our home and have received many compliments from complete strangers. Even though we are a past project, Tim has remained accessible and has addressed any concerns we have had. We have had the opportunity to have multiple projects in the past and Tim is the only builder we have worked with that we were compelled enough to review and refer our friends to.
